Roberto Martínez De Chiara
PRESIDENTCurrently, Roberto Martínez De Chiara is CEO of Dantes Int.Corp. Since 2006, Roberto has been advising companies in their sales expansion processes. Previously, he was General Sales Director of Red Elite de Electrodomésticos, CEO and Board Member of Natuzzi Ibérica and Sales Director, Unlimited Legal Power and Member of the Management Committee at Lidl Supermarkets. Roberto has also started several businesses in sectors such as international trade, fast food and oil. Roberto holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina, and an MBA from SDA Bocconi in Milan, Italy.
VICE PRESIDENTJorge has taken part in the restructuring and sale of companies in sectors such as food, porcelain, paper, metallurgical, publishing distribution, soil stabilization, LED lighting and technological assistance services. Previously he founded two technology companies. Jorge worked for ten years as Director of Strategic Planning at Schneider Electric Spain. He started his career as an Account Officer at Bank of America in Madrid. Jorge holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and an MBA from the IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain.
Enrique García Alvarado
VICE PRESIDENTEnrique has more than 30 years of professional experience in advising in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions. He has advised on cross-border transactions in a wide variety of industrial sectors. Before founding Garal Interactis, he founded and was General Manager of Garal Group. Previously he served as Executive Director of Eurocontinental Advisers, a private equity management company headquartered in London and supported by Crédit Agricole (France) and DG Bank (Germany), and as Senior Manager at KPMG, where he managed M & A legal and fiscal advisory activities. He has a degree in Economics and Law from the University of Barcelona, is an Accounts Censor and has completed the General Management Program (PDG) of the IESE Business School.
Robert Sanahuja Garcia

Diego Ahumada Rioja
DIRECTOR - ArgentinaDiego is specialized in Retail products consulting; he advises in the sale of companies, mergers and acquisitions and participates in financial restructuring and equity investment projects. He joined Nexen Consulting in 2013. As Sales Director of Sabores Saludables (healthy snack) since 2017, he has established the marketing plan and is leading the commercialization of the products. Co-founder of Crouch, a company that manufactures and markets apparel, in which Diego has taken part in all the management processes. Francisco Hernández Weber
DIRECTOR - MéxicoMr. Hernández Weber, founder of the company, has more than 20 years of experience in financial consulting to companies. He started his professional career in the area of financial consulting at BDO Consulting where he worked for 7 years in Mexico and Brussels offices, having participated in projects of great importance such as: simultaneous public placements in the Mexican and American securities markets, methodology development of credit risk optimization, valuation of bank portfolios, etc. Subsequently, Mr. Hernández Weber collaborated with Banca Serfin in the area of new business development. Subsequently and prior to founding VENSER, he collaborated in the Pablo Rión y Asociados office, where he led mergers and acquisitions projects of companies in various industries such as: food, financial services, real estate and consumer goods. Mr. Hernández Weber studied the Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science at the Anahuac University, and completed the Master’s program in Business Administration at the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico (ITAM). He also studied a Diploma in Corporate Finance at the Catholic University of Loavaina in Brussels, Belgium.
