JACOB THERKELSEN
PRESIDENT (Copenhagen, Denmark)
Mr. Therkelsen has more than 20 years of professional advisory experience and he has specialised in corporate finance and M&A since 1998. He has a broad range of experience from audit, transaction service, M&A and capital markets advisory. He has led numerous transactions on both the buy-side and sell-side involving public and private companies, private equity and structured debt finance, restructuring and accelerated M&A. Before founding Consilio Partners, he worked 18 years with Deloitte as manager and Corporate Finance partner. He holds an Executive MBA (Hons), a B.Com in banking and finance and a B.Com in financial and management accounting from Copenhagen Business School.

Mr. Blondiau is Partner of euroMerger’s Belgian member, Merodis, an independent financial advisory firm located in Brussels, Belgium. He has a broad range of experience from equity research, M&A and capital markets advisory. He has led numerous transactions on both the buy-side and sell-side. He holds a MSc in Business Engineering from Solvay Business School, as well as a BSc from Universidad de Deusto, Spain.
