Geert Hoedjes MSc (1981) graduated in financial management at Nyenrode University after which he joined BDO Corporate Finance as M&A consultant for SME’s. In 2009 he joined JAN© to further continue his career as corporate finance specialist. Geert has a broad knowledge of all aspects of the trade.
Rutger Groenewegen (1976) graduated in Accountancy and Auditing Theories at Nyenrode Business University and later in Business Valuation at RMS Erasmus University. After working for over ten years as certified auditor, Rutger furthered his career in 2005 as M&A director at Schipper. Rutger advises SME clients in various fields. With a personal touch he assists his clients to achieve their goals in merger and acquisitions or with the sale of their company. Furthermore Rutger has a very good knowledge of restructuring national and international businesses and group structures. From 2015 he is also skilled as a registered business valuator, which enables him to valuate all types of companies and businesses in the course of negotiations at sale and purchase proceedings as well as at valuation conflicts between shareholders or other stakeholders.
Wim Lukaart (1956) started his career at Arthur Andersen & Company and graduated as Certified Public Auditor in 1983. After several management functions (a.o. Philip Morris and Lamb Weston) he worked as of 1991 as auditor and business adviser. As of 2007 he specialized in Corporate Finance and Business Valuation and became a registered business valuator. Wim is board member of the NIRV, the Dutch organization of Registered Business Valuators. Wim is an experienced M&A consultant and also acts frequently as forensic expert for the Dutch Courts. Wim has a broad knowledge of Business organization and therefore is a thrusted adviser for management not only for M&A related aspects.
Nick joined JAN© in 2017 as a corporate finance specialist. Prior to joining JAN©, Nick worked as a credit analyst for small and medium enterprises at the ING Bank. Nick holds a master degree in economics from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam
JULES VAN ESCH
Jules has been working at Schipper Corporate Finance as Corporate Finance Advisor since April 2015. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Rotterdam Business School and he expects to earn his Master’s degree in Business Administration (MScBA) from Rotterdam School of Management in 2019. Before joining Schipper, Jules worked as a credit analyst for corporate clients at Rabobank.
In the past few years, Jules successfully accomplished buy-/sell transactions and business valuations in the SME-market and fulfilled a significant role in deal teams regarding (international) M&A activities for larger corporates. Because of his specializations in strategy, finance and operations, Jules likes to deal with the softer aspects of M&A and corporate finance.
