Rutger Groenewegen (1976) graduated in Accountancy and Auditing Theories at Nyenrode Business University and later in Business Valuation at RMS Erasmus University Rotterdam. After working for over ten years as certified auditor, Rutger furthered his career in 2005 as M&A director. Rutger advises SME clients in various fields. With a personal touch he assists his clients to achieve their goals in merger and acquisitions or with the sale of their company. Furthermore Rutger has a very good knowledge of restructuring national and international businesses and group structures. From 2015 he is also skilled as a registered business valuator, which enables him to value all types of companies and businesses in the course of negotiations at sale and purchase proceedings as well as at valuation conflicts between shareholders or other stakeholders.Locations:
