The firm provide independent and personalized advisory services in, both domestic and cross border, acquisitions and sales operations which include, among others, Purchase/ Sell, expansion, restructuring and refinancing, management buy in / buy out implementation in Spain of foreign companies. The firm also render financial and strategic advice in all its aspects including approach of the client’s needs, financial analysis, valuations of companies, preparation of negotiation, study and formulation of agreements, business plans. ICS provides, as well, search for and negotiation with acquisition target companies on behalf of international companies looking to establish/ expand in Spain.

Robert Sanahuja

Robert is a Lawyer and Chartered Accountant with experience in negotiation and advice on mergers and acquisitions transactions since 1993.
He was Manager in the Legal and Tax Department of professional services. Experience in transactions in the sectors related to the pharmaceutical and parapharmaceutical sector. From 2007 to December 2018: President of the AFEPADI (Business Association of Manufacturers and Distributors of Food Supplements and Dietetic Products).
Josep Artigas
With a degree in Economic Sciences, he has more than 30 years of experience in the trading of raw materials and futures markets, especially in cotton.
In his professional career, he has been able to coordinate both producers, merchants, and end users in the international arena.
Currently he is the Vice President of the National Cotton Centre, based in Barcelona, and founded in 1903. Also, he is a member of the International Cotton Association, a century old association, based in Liverpool.
