Besim is the managing partner and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration. With considerable experience as a senior manager in the Turkish banking sector, he possesses strong capabilities in financial solutions and M&A. Besim has gained broad experience in advising SME companies from various sectors, focusing on M&A transactions, capital raisings, financial modeling, and business plan reviews. He also has professional experience and skills as an impact advisor for sustainable private sector development in emerging markets. Additionally, Besim has very strong connections in the MENA, Gulf, CIS, Balkans, Caucasus, and Central Asia regions.
Asli Ergener
Partner
Asli is a Turkish citizen with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. After successfully serving as a senior manager in the Turkish banking sector for 25 years, she decided to continue her business life in different areas of the finance sector. M&A has particularly attracted her interest, and she has gained significant experience throughout her career, especially in long-term funding transactions. Asli has worked on the financial processes of domestic and international investment projects for clients from various industry branches. She is skilled in feasibility studies, market research, and calculating economic values and technical properties of investment projects.
