Michel Cochet
Partner, Paris Office
Prior to founding euroMerger France, Michel started his career as a personnel assistant to the President of Caisse Nationale de Credit Agricole. He later joined Bossard Consultants ( a leading French consulting firm, now part of Cap Gemini) and headed its M&A and Strategy practice.
Jerome Pivain
Partner, Lyon Office
Jerome has gained an extensive M&A expertise when working for investment banks in London and Paris. Over the last 25 years he has advised major corporations (Suez, CCF,..), family owned groups and private equity firms (Barclays Capital – Equistone, Alpha Associes, CDC) in the successful completion of disposal/acquisition transactions. Jerome is graduated from HEC and Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris.
Jacques Falieres

Jacques created his own company as a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor in 1987. In 1990, he sold this company to PricewaterhouseCoopers and became a Partner in charge of Management Advisory to medium size companies. Jacques left PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2005 and has, since, advised French companies and Private Equity firms on M&A issues. Over the last 9 years he has completed around 30 M&A deals in various industrial sectors (real estate, food, industry, construction, aerospace, etc.). Jacques is graduated as a Chartered Accountant.
Jean-Luc Brionne
Partner, Rennes Office
After starting his career as a member of Societe Generale Financial Management and then an acquirer/manager of companies, Jean-Luc has been, since 1990, advisor to managers of small and medium sized companies . As a Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers, he has – during 15 years – headed PwCs Family Businesses practice. From 1989 to 2009 he has taught Private Equity operations at Paris Dauphine University. Jean-Luc is graduated from Paris IX Dauphine.
