Mauro holds a degree in Business Administration and Economics at Cattolica University, Milan. He has matured a more than 10-year experience in originating and managing M&A transactions, also cross-border. He started his career as finance and business analyst in international investment banks and advisory firms. Since 2004 Mauro has been worked in Parsec Finance where he held positions of increasing responsibility.

Lorenzo holds a degree in Accounting, Corporate Finance & Control at Bocconi University, Milan. He has more than 8-years experience in the execution of domestic and cross border M&A transactions.
He started his career in international investment banks (N+1 SYZ) and advisory firms (Ethica Corporate Finance), also abroad (C&A in Shanghai).
