Euromerger Norway is an independent corporate finance advisor specialising in mergers and acquisitions. From our office in Oslo, we serve clients looking for un-conflicted and professional advice on their most important transactions. Euromerger in Norway have three partners with long and documented experience within corporate finance, as well as backgrounds from industry, banking and consulting.
ELLING ENGER
He has experience from industrial companies like Norsk Hydro and NC Aker, as well as from Nordea Bank, CARTA (acquired by Booz Allen Hamilton) and Accenture. Within corporate finance he has substantial experience from both sell side- and buy side advisory roles – advising the company or shareholders, advising on transaction strategy and tactics, managing the process, assisting in negotiations and providing analytical capacity and decision support. His aim is to provide impartial and objective advice regarding potential bidders and bids received. Elling Enger expertise and negotiation skills will be applied towards maximizing the outcome for the clients. Elling Enger is a Certified International Investment Analyst with EFFAS.
TØNNES THOMSTAD
He has a vast experience from industry, banking and the Armed Forces in Norway. He focuses on corporate strategy, turnaround management and strategic relations. Tønnes Thomstad has experience as divisional CEO from NEBB (a company acquired by ABB in 1987), as investment director in a successful venture fund and as advisor to major the leading companies within the Scandinavian energy industry.
