Elling has experience from industrial companies like Norsk Hydro and NC Aker, as well as from Nordea Bank, CARTA (acquired by Booz Allen Hamilton) and Accenture. Within corporate finance he has substantial experience from both sell side- and buy side advisory roles – advising the company or shareholders, advising on transaction strategy and tactics, managing the process, assisting in negotiations and providing analytical capacity and decision support. His aim is to provide impartial and objective advice regarding potential bidders and bids received. Elling Enger expertise and negotiation skills will be applied towards maximizing the outcome for the clients. Elling Enger is a Certified International Investment Analyst with EFFAS.

Jacob Therkelsen has more than 20 years of professional advisory experience and he has specialised in corporate finance and M&A since 1998. He has a broad range of experience from audit, transaction service, M&A and capital markets advisory. He has led numerous transactions on both the buy-side and sell-side involving public and private companies, private equity and structured debt finance, restructuring and accelerated M&A.
Before founding Consilio Partners, Jacob worked 18 years with Deloitte as manager and Corporate Finance partner
Jacob holds an Executive MBA (Hons), a B.Com in banking and finance and a B.Com in financial and management accounting from Copenhagen Business School.
