The firm provides independent and personalized advisory services in both domestic and cross-border acquisitions and sales operations, which encompass Purchase/Sell, expansion, restructuring, refinancing, and management buy-in/buy-out implementations in Spain for foreign companies.
ICS Solutions also renders financial and strategic advice on all aspects, including client needs assessment, financial analysis, company valuations, negotiation preparation, study, and formulation of agreements, as well as business plans. Robert is a Lawyer and Chartered Accountant with experience in negotiation and advice on mergers and acquisitions transactions since 1993.
He was Manager in the Legal and Tax Department of professional services. His experience includes transactions in the pharmaceutical and parapharmaceutical sectors. From 2007 to December 2018, he was the President of the AFEPADI (Business Association of Manufacturers and Distributors of Food Supplements and Dietetic Products).
Josep Artigas

With a degree in Economic Sciences, he has more than 30 years of experience in the trading of raw materials and futures markets, especially in cotton.
In his professional career, he has coordinated both producers, merchants, and end users in the international arena.
Currently, he is the Vice President of the National Cotton Centre, based in Barcelona and founded in 1903. He is also a member of the International Cotton Association, a century-old association based in Liverpool.
