Our board
comprises representatives from each member and meets bimonthly to
coordinate euroMerger activities. Constant communication and
information-sharing among members forms the basis for euroMerger
integration.
In addition to bimonthly meetings, our
regularly-scheduled conference calls, corporate intranet, file
sharing, transaction and contact database, and other IT systems
ensure that we are focused on all aspects of current transactions
and opportunities, as well as facilitate the sharing of contacts,
information, and ideas.

Mr. Michel Cochet President
Paris, France.
Mr. Cochet is President of
euroMerger’s French member, Varenne Industrie & Finance, an
M&A advisory firm he founded in 1989 as a spin-off of Groupe
Bossard (now Cap Gemini), one of the world’s largest
consulting firms.
At Groupe Bossard, he served as Vice President of the
Strategic Consulting division and, during his ten-year
tenure, created the M&A services branch.
He holds an MS from the University of Southern California
(USC) and an MBA from the HEC Business School in Paris.

Mr. Enrique García Vice-President
Barcelona, Spain
Mr. García is Managing Director of
euroMerger’s Spanish member, Garal Group Capital Consulting,
a corporate finance advisor he founded in 1993.
He previously served seven years with KPMG Peat Marwick
(Barcelona), where he performed M&A legal and tax advisory
services, and three years as Executive Director of
Eurocontinental Advisers (London) (Crédit Agricole and DG
Bank groups), where he supervised venture capital
investments in middle market European companies.
He holds degrees in Economics and Law from the University of
Barcelona.

Mr. Mauro Vacchini
Vice-President
Milan, Italy.
Mr. Vacchini is the founder of Parsec
Finance, euroMerger’s Italian member, and a founding member
of euroMerger.
Previously, he served on the executive committee of Paribas
Group Italy, supervised the acquisition and management of
industrial and service companies for Paribas Affaires
Industrielles, and served as Managing Director in M&A and
advisory services for Banque Paribas Italy (now BNP
Paribas).
In addition to spearheading successful operations involving
leading companies in Italy and abroad, he has played an
important role in the privatization of firms by the Italian
government.
He holds a graduate degree in Economics and Business
Administration from the University of Milan.

Mr. Jeroen Vercauteren
Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Mr. Vercauteren is managing
partner of Euromerger�s Dutch member, Troostwijk Introman
Advies B.V., a consulting firm dedicated in the field of
business valuation, corporate finance and corporate
recovery.
The company was founded in 1985 as a subsidiary of the
Troostwijk Group, an international company and a leader in
the fields of (industrial) public auction sales, private
treaty sales.
He has extensive knowledge and professional experience in
the field of mergers and acquisitions, personally advised
and supervised tens of transactions in all kind of sectors
of industry (food, building, transport, services, consumer
products, environment, machinery etc.).
He holds a degree in Business Administration from the
Rotterdam School of Management (Erasmus university) in
Rotterdam and is a member of the Dutch Corporate Finance
Association.

Mr. Rüdiger Goll
Düsseldorf, Germany.
Mr. Goll is the managing partner
of Industrie Consult International, euroMerger’s German
member, which he founded in 1991.
Previously, he worked at HypoVereinsbank where he supervised
a division providing corporate finance advisory services to
medium-sized businesses and German and international
conglomerates.
Subquently, he served as head of German and international
M&A activities for Banque Paribas (now BNP Paribas).
He holds a degree in economics from the University of
Siegen.

Mr. Andrzej Wyród
Warsaw, Poland.
Mr. Wyród is the Managing Director
euromerger's Polish member Management Focus, a M&A and
management consulting advisory est. in 1989.
He previously served in international trade companies and as
Marketing & Sales Director of an international holding in
Poland. After joining Management Focus in 1995 at the
beginning he performed marketing and sales consulting
services for Polish and international companies on the
Polish market before taking over the company's M&A advisory
services in 1998.
In this position he advised international and domestic
companies and the Polish State Treasury.
He studied at the University of Köln in Germany and holds a
MS from the Warsaw School of Economics.

Mr. Kenneth Dogra
Nyon,
Switzerland.
Mr. Dogra is Managing Director of Amerac
Consultancy, euroMerger’s Swiss member.
He founded The Amerac Consultancy in 1990, with a view of
assisting companies to acquire and divest successfully,
after a career of 30 years in industry where he held senior
financial management positions (CFO, financial director at
unit, division and group levels) in international companies.
Since forming Amerac he has been actively involved in
acquisition and divestment transactions in Europe in
acquisition or divestment planning, evaluation, negotiations
and integration.
He is a qualified British trained accountant.
