Assisting medium sized companies in the difficult task of acquiring or selling companies . Our aims are:

• To promote acquisitions or divestments to potential purchasers or sellers in order to minimise abortive cost and effort to our clients
• To ensure that the targets or purchasers proposed are compatible with the activities of our clients and that proposals make business sense.

The team of two have over 20 years experience in investment banking and 25 years experience in various industries respectively. We work to an ethical code with our clients.

He founded Euromerger Switzerland 1990 with a view to assisting companies to acquire and divest successfully, after a career of 30 years in industry where he held senior financial management positions (CFO,financial director at unit,division and group levels) in international companies.

Since forming Amerac Consultancy he has been actively involved in acquisition and divestment transactions in Europe being engaged in planning, evaluation,negotiations and integration.

A qualified British trained accountant, a British national now based in Switzerland permanently.
