Management Focus is an independent advisory representing only the interests of its Clients. Each Client and assignment are different, therefore the understanding of the Client’s needs is the basis of our and his success.

Since the establishment of our Company its team has conducted several transactions in different sectors of the Polish economy, being mandated by Polish companies or authorities (e.g. the State Treasury) and by international investors.

The Company is run by 3 project managers with substantial experience in the Polish M&A market:

Andrzej Wyród

started his career as marketing manager in trade companies and joined Management Focus in 1995, moving strongly into M&A assignments. Andrzej worked on buy and sale mandates for Polish and international Clients; recent tasks have been successful assignments with Sherwin Williams, Pol-Mot Holding S.A. and Quarzwerke GmbH.

Jarosław Gowin

had a long experience in diplomacy, foreign trade and banking before joining Management Focus where he managed several large privatisation programmes for state owned medium sized companies in 1994-2003, each programme consisting of 9-27 targets to be privatised. Jarosław also was project manager of a successful buy mandate with Legrand S.A.

Andrzej Duchliński

started his professional career at Management Focus in 1994 even before leaving University. From the beginning he has been specializing in financial issues of M&A projects, finance organization such as convertible bonds, private placements. He also gained some industrial experience working for seven years with a multinational corporation operating in wood based industry as Development Manager and Domestic Sales Manager.
