euroMerger was formed in 1991 when a number of independent European corporate finance boutiques joined forces to leverage their regional expertise on an international scale.
euroMerger addresses the international needs of its clients according to each country's differering accounting, legal and tax systems and financing environments.
We provide effective solutions to clients that wish to develop and/or expand their business abroad, thanks to our local presence and to our tightly integrated group of professionals based in Europe with a global network.
